This product may be used on all skin types, with with the exception of the following skin conditions: eczema, psoriasis, raised moles, solar keratosis, warts, skin cancer and blemish prone skin.

• Skin needs to be well prepared with mild levels of vitamin A before you can start needling. Needle only once your skin is with at least the second level of Environ’s Vitamin Step-Up System of moisturisers.

2.  Start by using it twice a week and slowly increase to daily use.

3.  Pre-cleanse, cleanse and tone with your preferred Environ products.

4.  Divide your target areas into sections and roll each section vertically, obliquely and horizontally with the roller for 3-5 minutes, using mild but firm pressure.

5.  Follow with your recommended Environ vitamin A moisturiser.

6.  Rinse the roller with warm water before and after use, cleanse once a week with the Environ Instrument Cleaning Solution.

Please note: This instrument is designed to be used by one person only. Handle with care and do not drop as the needles can be damaged. Keep away from children.

Post your items in unused condition back to us.

Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges.

Refund
We will refund your purchase after processing within 14 days.

All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt.

We recommend using an insured delivery service.

You should allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will typically refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
